- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My prices online are estimates of the services I offer. Once I view the project and what I would need to complete the service. I offer the price of the service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I communicate through the app, sms, email, and phone call. The moment in which I get a request I send a message out for availability and time in which you want to start the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been working since 2003 in this field.
