- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Most of our prices, if given full details of the job over the phone, are final. but if the customer is not sure of what they want to do or does not have the exact detail of the job. we give an estimated price over the phone and upon reaching the job site, we assess the job and adjust the price accordingly. we are very upfront about every price quoted. no hidden fee. everything is written or typed out for clear understanding.
