Wish I could leave no stars. We had various issues during our project but more frustrating is that simple drywall work which what we hired them to do is pealing off the walls and ceiling when we painted. I wasn't going to even leave a review but it's really like they made our situation worse than before they started. The texture on the ceiling is so uneven. There are more cracks after they patched. They forgot to even sand down some of the spots. They cost more more money than the savings they offered. We additionally had to spend another $1300 to have the plumbing done correctly since it was not done right even after several attempts.

By far, the most professional contractor we've hired. He was very patient as we went through closing on our home and updating our renovation requests. They got ALL of our requests done in a week including knocking down a wall, ripping up carpet, installing hardwood flooring, painting rooms, mounting tvs... they did an amazing job! We will be using them in the near future to install new light fixtures. Good price. Great quality. Highly recommend!

I had a wall cut out of my garage and it completely painted by professional, hard working gentleman. They executed the job with punctual and professional service. Whatever I asked for, they were willing to provide their professional advice and guide me to what worked best. Job well done!

This is the worst contractor that I have worked with. Josh initially gave an estimate about FOUR TIMES more than the market rate for installing drywalls in the smallest laundry room so I rejected his proposal immediately. Then, Josh texted and agreed to complete the work at the market rate in the same week. I paid the down payment via paypal (thank goodness). However, he did not start the work A WEEK AFTER his promised date - he kept postponing our projects on a daily basis with different excuses. See attached screenshots.
He finally showed up at 1:30PM A WEEK AFTER his promised date. I could tell that he did not know what he was doing and kept changing the project scope to reduce work for him. Additionally, he damaged our brand new flooring, left a HUGE mess in our townhome from drywall dusting. He left drywall dusting mud on our brand new flooring too!!! Drywalls were cut too high/short from bottom, corners were not done properly, drywalls around outlets/doors/frames/pipes were cut WAY too short!
When I complained to Jennifer about him, Jennifer sent two other folks to fix the mess that Josh had created. The other two folks managed to fix it somewhat but this impacted our other pending work and timeline. Jennifer said that Josh was suspended from the job but then I found out that this is Josh's company so how could she, being the admin person, suspend the owner?! These people are bunch of liers, and definitely unprofessional. They definitely do not fulfill their committment. They do not care abt your property. PLEASE DO NOT PAY THEM ANYTHING IN ADVANCE. AND IF YOU DO, PLEASE ONLY USE PAYPAL SO THAT YOU CAN REQUEST A REFUND FOR MESS THEY LEAVE YOU BEHIND.
Please see attached screenshots as proofs of communications and POORLY completed work with so much hassle.
I did get the refund of work but they did so much damages to our propery. Sadly, damages to my property exceed the refund amount.
As I read through negative reviews, I realize that others also have experienced the same as I did with this contractor. Please take this review seriously and save yourself some hassle.

First impression was not great. At $150 an hour, the work was terrible and the technician left a mess. They came back and fixed the work and for most part cleaned up. Didn't use a vacuum while sanding the drywall so I had drywall dust everywhere. Easy to clean up but not ideal. Work is good but won't use again for the rest of my projects I have to do.
Update: Absolutely horrible work that I didn't think to check prior to sending in the payment. The wall they repaired is bowed in the center about 3/4". The only way to fix it now is to rip it all out and start over. I should have been concerned with a few things. First, the technician didn't have a level. He showed up to work on a wall and ceiling without a ladder. Being late and rushing to get done didn't help either. He also attempted to run a 120V power line between a stud and the drywall.
Even with all the issues, not a single call from Josh. Only texts I got from him were for me to pay him. Does not care about quality or service, only money. Going to request a partial refund through PayPal. Definitely not worth $950 price tag.
