I have over 15+ years experience between the Banking Industry to include Accounting within the Federal Government. I have earned my Bachelor's Degree in Accounting and Business Administration while learning the federal tax codes. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers will receive an initial welcome consultation to go over our process, ways of communication, what to expect, and an overall interview process to understand each taxpayer's tax situation.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's Degree in Accountant working as an accountant with the federal government. I have taken IRS tax preparation courses required to be able to be an accredited IRS Tax Preparer and an registered IRS E-filer.
