- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are all inclusive (including the setup and breakdown of a PA system along with providing musical entertainment). For a limited time only, I will provide first time customers 10% off the agreed quoted fees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I stay in communication with them via phone, video chat and/or e-mail (as per their choice) up until the event in regards to seeing what their needs are for music selections, sound equipment needs, the type of crowd attending the event (ex. are they here to just have background music or to dance), schedule flow for events (need for announcements, setup and breakdown times and so forth) and more. I also provide a spreadsheet that can be constantly updated for any special requests (for what to play and NOT play) for songs for the day.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been DJing professionally as a mobile, radio and podcast DJ for over 20 years. I am also a member of the Washington, DC Metropolitan area of the American Federation of Musicians (AFM).
