Paul was very professional, he responded in less then an hour and was able to diagnose the issue based off what I told him. When he arrived he immediately started repairs since he knew what the issue was and fixed the issues in under an 1 hour to include clean up. I most definitely will recommend all of my friends and family to Wills’ for any HVAC needs.

My AC had issues overnight as it was blowing warm air. I called at least four other companies and they were all booked to come the same day to check or repair. I found Mr. Paul Wills Company on Nextdoor and Thumbtack. I sent an email to Paul and received an immediate response. He was able to come to my home within an hour or less and identified the issue and fixed my AC in less than 30 minutes at a very reasonable cost for the service fee, part and labor! He informed and showed me exactly what the issue was and addressed other questions I had as well. Mr. Wills is very courteous, considerate and highly professional. I will use him for all any future issues that may arise related to HVAC matters. I highly recommend Mr. Wills to others, family and church members. Great job! Thanks a million as my AC is working like a charm.
