Paul of Will’s Mechanical Company did an excellent job installing my smart thermostat. It was a little more involved than just replacing the existing colored wires from the old thermostat and I appreciated his explanation of why additional steps were required. He also ensured that the unit fit flush (the previous unit did not) and trimmed excess wiring. Paul was reasonably priced, punctual, respectful of the property and tidy. I would not hesitate to hire Paul Wills Mechanical Company for future HVAC concerns.

My AC had issues overnight as it was blowing warm air. I called at least four other companies and they were all booked to come the same day to check or repair. I found Mr. Paul Wills Company on Nextdoor and Thumbtack. I sent an email to Paul and received an immediate response. He was able to come to my home within an hour or less and identified the issue and fixed my AC in less than 30 minutes at a very reasonable cost for the service fee, part and labor! He informed and showed me exactly what the issue was and addressed other questions I had as well. Mr. Wills is very courteous, considerate and highly professional. I will use him for all any future issues that may arise related to HVAC matters. I highly recommend Mr. Wills to others, family and church members. Great job! Thanks a million as my AC is working like a charm.
