Her certifications include RYT-200 Yoga Instructor, Thai Yoga Massage Practitioner, Sound Healing, and Level 3 Reiki Master. She is also a Certified Trauma Recovery Coach. She developed a passion for holistic living over a decade ago and has committed her life to help others heal physically, mentally, emotionally, and spiritually. Trauma has plagued many areas of her life so her approach to healing is unique in that sessions are 1 on 1 and unique to the women she serves. Creating an unconventional safe space where women could come to let her shoulders down without shame, heal, be transparent, and grow.

We will chat virtually to go over your needs, you complete an intake form, pay 50% deposit and we get to work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a 200HR Registered Yoga Teacher, Thai Yoga Massage Therapist, Certified Sound Healer and Meditation Teacher. I am also Trauma Informed and can work with an array of audiences.
