We offer day-of coordination and officiant services in DC, Maryland & Virginia. Our day-of coordination services are best for couples that have all the elements of their wedding planned, but need professional assistance to execute their vision. Don’t burden a family member or friend with the event task. Allow us to organize the unique elements of your event to create an unforgettable experience. We will be the point of contact during the event. Our services include, but is not limited to coordination with vendors, create and execute event timelines, décor set up and breakdown, verify final arrangements and vendor payments, and resolve all last minute or emergency situations. Our officiant services provide couples the best opportunity to showcase their love. We work with each couple to plan out each detail of their ceremony. We can provide a traditional or personalized approach, as well as perform various types unity ceremonies, readings, and remembrance moments. LGBTQ friendly.

We can’t thank Ashley and her staff enough for helping ensure our wedding went smoothly! We received so many compliments from our guests about how well-organized and beautiful the event was, including the mother of the groom who kept singing Ashley’s praises. Ashley has a calm and effusive demeanor, with attention to detail. She and her staff always seem to be right there when you need them. And in the months and weeks leading up to the wedding, Ashley was terrific about scheduling check ins virtually and making sure we were on schedule and could ask her any questions. We would highly recommend her as a day of coordinator. As a bonus, if you are holding a wedding at Brookside Gardens, she knows the venue well and is a known quantity among the staff there.

Ashley is an absolutely wonderful coordinator. She recently coordinated our wedding and did such an amazing job. She helped ensure that both of our ceremonies throughout two days went off without a hitch. She was professional and able to navigate through the chaos (and difficult family members :)). We found Ashley just 2 weeks before our wedding - and she definitely rose to the occasion. As all the other reviews indicate, Ashley is not just a day-of coordinator. We spoke with Ashley at 2-3 crucial moments leading up to the actual day to go over details and do a venue walkthrough together – though we had been planning for months in advance, it never felt as though we needed to catch Ashley up on the details – once we shared all the plans with her, she asked the right questions we hadn't even thought of and reached out to our vendors proactively to make sure everything went smoothly – she never missed a beat. Ashley picked up our flowers on the day of the wedding and she was the cool, calm, consistent presence we needed throughout the course of the evening. That's the best part about working with Ashley – she is uplifting and upbeat – no matter how stressed you are, or how fried you feel from nonstop wedding planning, the moment you speak to Ashley feels like an oasis from all the chaos. Ashley is a proven professional that takes your wedding day as seriously as you do. From first contact, she was responsive and answered any questions that I had regarding my day, her ideas about what I should do, or her services. Many of her suggestions were utilized on the Big Day, and she remained thorough, thoughtful, and professional throughout the day. Ashley went above and beyond the call of duty: helping with centerpieces well before the wedding, coordinating with vendors and the caterer, and also kept me (the bride) in loop in a way that was both informative and not overwhelming. As a person, Ashley is kind and considerate. This is something that you see over and over again in her interactions with you, your family, or your friends. Finally, Ashley is a GREAT VALUE for the services she provides. I will be inquiring about her availability for any professional event I put on, for my future child's wedding (haha!), and for those of my friends and family. Thank you SO much, Ms. Ashley!

Ashley did an amazing job as our day-of-coordinator for our wedding reception. She talked us through what to expect at the event, met us at the venue for a walk-through, and just made sure everything went seamlessly the day of the party--I didn't have to worry about a thing!

Our typical process for working with a new client begins with a consultations. The consultation can be in person, over the phone, or via zoom. We will discuss the details of your event, next steps, and I will answer any questions you may have.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The have a event management degree and years of experience in the event industry. I am also a member of AWP DC (Association of Wedding Professionals DC Chapter).
