- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing includes Unlimited Photos session, free delivery, setup & breakdown, choice of single 4"x6" print or Double 2"x6" strips quality photos, easy social media sharing, fun props, Professional & Friendly On-Site Attendant and Unlimited fun. And also, we will create a (1) one minute slideshow to post on social media. We often run special promotions so please don’t hesitate to ask about any specials at your time of booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer service is key for our clients. We cater to our clients needs and encourage their input of designs and the look of their event. We Craft a proposal based on the needs. We Follow-up throughout the process. We make sure wile confirm a couple days before the job and arrive early to begin set-up. We Provide excellent service and pack-up in a timely manner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in the Photography, Videography and design industry for over 10 years. We spend a lot of time keeping up to date with technology and trends. We also attend conferences such as WPPI, Photobooth Expo, NAB etc. throughout the year to stay current on the latest photo booth techniques, styles, entertainment and innovations.
