- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My basic cost per serving is $5 for cakes. Custom decor is priced on a case by case basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The most important thing to me is ensuring my clients get what they are asking for, so I like to start with finding out what their vision and expectations are. Event type, date, and budget are my next questions, to ensure we are aligned. I also like to send an email summarizing everything we discussed and await their confirmation prior to sending an invoice. No surprises! I require a 50% non-refundable deposit upon order, with the final payment due on or before day of the event, prior to delivery. We don’t want you worrying about payment on the day of your event!

I have an Assoc of Applied Sciences in Baking and Pastry from Stratford University.
