I cannot recommend Up&Gone enough! After our original movers canceled on us last minute, I reached out to them the day before our move, and they completely saved the day. From my initial call with Toria to meeting the owner and his team, the entire process was seamless and stress-free. They not only moved all of our furniture and boxes efficiently but also handled junk removal—talk about going above and beyond! While the service was a bit on the pricey side, it was worth every penny. The movers were professional, efficient, and clearly experienced. All we had to do was point, and they made it happen with ease. Their communication throughout the process was top-notch, giving me peace of mind that our belongings were in good hands. I also love that Up&Gone is a minority-owned business, and their professionalism and knowledge truly set them apart. I will absolutely hire them again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone in need of reliable movers. They made what could have been a nightmare situation into a smooth, hassle-free experience!

Dorian and Kymani were excellent to work with. They were extremely responsive when setting up the job. They arrived on time (even a few minutes early) and they were professional, kind and very good at what they do. They disassembled, moved and reassembled my furniture in no time. I will not hesitate to call them in the future when I need additional moving services. Appreciated these two young men helping me on such short notice.

Dorian and helper did a WONDERFUL job for me. I needed heavy furniture moved between three different bedrooms. I thought it would be a big job. They finished in 20 minutes and even moved furniture on a different floor that I forgot to include in the estimate. Their office receptionist, Toria, was a delight to work with. She called several times to accommodate adjustments in my constantly moving schedule. She was helpful, caring and kind. I will be hiring them again for phase two of my furniture and room modifications. Great job guys & gal. mike way; a satisfied customer.

Dorian and Kemanie went above and beyond to ensure that we had a smooth moving experience. Despite some issues with scheduling miscommunication, Dorian and Kemanie worked fast to resolve the issue. They packed up our belongings safely and unpacked at our destination with quickness and ease. 10/10 would use Up and Gone because of them two!
