FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Makeup pricing depends on the number of people, the type of makeup look or event, if there will be any add-ons, if hair services are needed, and on which day and time the service will be required. ***Add-ons such as individual lashes, props, touch-ups (on site photography/film events only), and travel up to 1 hour will be included in the price based on makeup look or event. Please inquire! Individual or strip lashes, glitter, shimmer, and tattoo/scar covering are, travel up to 1 hour, and more are included in all bridal packages and on-site photoshoot services only.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all new customers, I first inquire if they would like to know the pricing and travel fees so that they do not come as a surprise. If the pricing fits their budget, I then inquire over what the event is for, if a trial will be needed, any skin concerns or sensitivities, and what makeup look they are attempting to go for. Once all questions, concerns, the date, time, and availability has been discussed, I will give the next steps for booking by accessing my consultation form; where they will input all information needed for the day of the session, and then they will be redirected to the booking page to choose their date and time and pay their deposit. Once all of this information is received, I will email the client a price breakdown so they can view how the pricing was calculated for their records. I will also ask for a photo of the client(s) to match their foundation shade and any reference pictures of looks they are wishing to go for. Finally, we wait for the big GLAM day! :)
