- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is customized to your specific transportation needs. We provide detailed quotes that reflect all fees associated with your service request. There are no hidden costs, ad the quote you receive will show the complete itinerary and charges. We do not offer standard discounts since each quote is tailored to your requirements.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our typical process involves the following steps: a. Once we receive your service request or have spoken with you, we will send you a customized quote. b. You can accept and sign the quote online. c. After acceptance, we will send you an invoice for online payment. d. Once the invoice is paid, your service is scheduled and added to our calendar. e. Two days before your scheduled service, we'll send you a reminder email to reassure you that we are aware of the upcoming service. We offer ground transportation service for airport transfers, sightseeing tours, weddings, and more in the Baltimore, MD and Washington, DC Metropolitan Areas. We can accommodate 6 to 28 passengers in our 14-passenger Sprinter vans. Larger groups are accommodated by our affiliate partners. Our quotes reflect the total time the vehicle and driver are in service, included from/to our base. Overtime rates commence at the start of the next hour after the originally scheduled service conclusion. Terms and Conditions 1. Acceptance of Quote: By accepting the quote provided by Roberts Transportation, LLC you agree to the terms and conditions set forth in this document. Additional itinerary changes after invoicing will be billed at $50 each. 2. Payment Terms: For services scheduled more than thirty (30) days from today's date, a 50% deposit is required upon acceptance of the quote. The remaining balance must be paid at least three (3) business days prior to the service. For services that are scheduled fewer than thirty (30) days from today's date, the entire invoice amount is payable upon acceptance of the quote. 3. Method of Payment: Roberts Transportation, LLC accepts various forms of payment, including credit card, and bank transfer. The payment method must be agreed upon by both parties at the time of contract acceptance. 4. Cancellation Policy: In the case of a cancellation, the deposit paid will be forfeited by the customer to Roberts Transportation, LLC. If cancellation occurs within 24 hours of the scheduled service time, the entire balance will be due to the transportation service provider. 5. Changes to Contract: Any changes made to the transportation contract must be agreed upon by both parties in writing. 6. Liability: Roberts Transportation, LLC is not liable for any damages or injuries incurred during the service provided. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all individuals in their party are properly seated and secured during transportation. 7. Termination of Services: Roberts Transportation, LLC reserves the right to terminate the service at any time, without refund, if any of its employees or drivers are subjected to abuse, or inappropriate language or behavior from the customer or any individual in their party. 8. Governing Law: This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Maryland. 9. Entire Agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between Roberts Transportation, LLC and the customer and supersede all prior discussions and agreements between the parties. 10. Enforceability: If any part of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. By accepting the quote provided by Roberts Transportation, LLC, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions stated above.

Our drivers have many years of experience in passenger transportation and are fully licensed and registered with the Department of Transportation (DOT) and the The Maryland Public Service Commission (PSC). We prioritize safety and professionalism in our service.
