- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every month we offer a different discount special either on our consultation fee or professional service fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a 4 part step process: 1. Our process begins with scheduling a free 20-30 minutes Discovery call. This is an opportunity for us to learn about you and your project along with you learning more about us. 2. An in-person consultation ($800). We will come out to see the space you'd wish to design, take measurements, record videos of the space, give you suggestions based on our Discovery Call conversation, inspirations you may send us, along with our form we ask every prospect to complete. 3. We will do an assessment of the above, provide you with a detailed Statement of Work to include our design fee(s), provide you with 3 estimated budgets (good, better, best) if you're not sure what your budget is or should be. Otherwise, we will let you know if your budget is realistic. After you've approved everything an agreement is signed and we will respond within 1-2 weeks with boards for your approval. 4. Installation!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a God given talent & do not possess formal education in Interior Design/Decorating. I’ve taken a number of training opportunities online from other prominent professionals and interior design companies.
