- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a free consultation call to discuss the project & budget. After the call, I request the following info. I offer four options: 1. Provide the shopping list and guide you with placing everything in the correct place. 2. I will purchase all of the items and ship them directly to your home. 3. I can buy the items and install them in each room at an extra charge, take the stress off of you, and have everything delivered to your home for install day, and I will itemize each item on the final invoice. 4. My Virtual Design Option- I spend time getting to know you, your space & the style you would like to achieve. I can help you arrange your current furniture, update your space, select new paint, or any area you feel stuck. We will chat over FaceTime or Zoom, and you can show me your home. I empower you so that you feel confident to implement the changes on your own and save money! If you want to get started, I will need the following information. If you could email the following details: Once I receive the following information, I will send over a service agreement. Once you complete the service agreement and pay your deposit, I will start your project. The remaining balance is due 2-3 days before the design presentation. 1. Would you please give me floor plans and pictures of existing rooms? Sample floor plans of your home and sketches are also accepted. 2. If you have furniture to re-use, please attach photos & dimensions of each item in the room. 3. Do you have a preference on stores for items, or are you open to me selecting items or if you prefer to use another online store, please let me know. Example stores: Horchow, Perigold, Wayfair, Amazon, Overstock, High fashion and Z Gallerie. 4. Please refer to some pictures from Pinterest / Instagram / google; what kind of interior style do you like. 5. Would you please let me know if you have an additional request here? (optional A 3D rendering image helps the clients who do not want to relinquish total control and have difficulty visualizing everything coming together and trusting the process. I don't do these with every client, but it's an option I offer. They are time-consuming because they incorporate all of the pieces and accessories in the image. Incredibly, they are to the finished interior. It will ruin the element of surprise when I do the handover, but it helps clients visualize the space to the finish line. 6. Full Name 7. Address 8.
