Most common types of jobs I'm hired for is Interior staging consists of preparing the indoor spaces to fulfill the expectations of a demanding group of prospective buyers, by decluttering, de-personalizing, organizing and decorating the rooms, using aesthetic and appealing vignettes. In order to really make the most of the home's fine features and distract from less auspicious facets of the property, I use a wide range of strategies and techniques to truly create an atmosphere of virtually universal appeal.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
I always recommend finding a stager who best embraces and represents your plans for selling your home, not someone who tries to convince you to get on board with their own plan. For instance, many home sellers simply want to spruce up their home with some inexpensive tips and techniques which can make a real difference in the overall presentation on their property to potential buyers. They do not want to clear out their home and bring in some foreign décor and furniture which is out of their taste and budget.
