- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer free phone estimates great discount pricing to new and returning customers. There is a $50 fee for onsite estimate. Fee is waived if I’m hired for the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
New customers are always welcome. I ensure that customers are first comfortable with working with me by establishing open communication. Once their expectations are given, they are guaranteed a finished job at the agreed time and date. I am transparent and there are no hidden fees. I provide service above the customers expectations.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received classroom and years of on the job training through the local electrical union.
