We had the pleasure of using DJ Prez for my 40th birthday house party. From our initial contact to the actual event, he provided optimal customer support and professionalism. Leading up to the big day, he got a feel for my music preference and incorporated my favs into the event. On the day of, he arrived early to set up and engaged with guests as they arrived. DJ Prez arrived on time to get set up prior to my guest which was really a plus. He kept all of my guest engaged and even worked in a couple of special request. I was impressed with DJ Prez's professionalism, he had just about every genre of music that I and my guest listen to, and at the end of the night I felt very comfortable with his rates. I will be using the services of DJ Prez at my next gathering.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After interest in my services is established, I schedule a phone or video conference where I introduce myself, explain my capabilities and ask a series of questions that allows both myself and the client to build the type of experience they truly desire. This call typically lasts 30 minutes.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
No formal training but an awesome ear for music and timing.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always wanted to DJ since I was young. I just had to wait until I was established enough to purchase all the equipment on my own and had more control over my time. I have been dj'ing now for 5 years.
