- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the area, the condition of the carpets or floors, and the type of cleaning needed. We have a minimum service charge of $125, and we proudly offer 10% off for first-time customers. Additional services such as stain treatment, pet odor removal, deep cleaning, furniture moving, and high-traffic area treatment may affect final pricing. We always provide transparent estimates before starting any work—no hidden fees. We also offer bundle pricing for customers who combine multiple services, such as carpet cleaning, hardwood floor cleaning, upholstery Cleaning, house cleaning, etc. helping you save more while getting your entire space refreshed. Our goal is to provide high-quality professional cleaning at fair and competitive prices with reliable service you can trust.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make the process easy, professional, and stress-free from start to finish. First, we ask a few questions about your carpets or hardwood floors, including square footage, condition, stains, pets, and high-traffic areas. Then we provide a clear estimate and recommend the best cleaning option for your needs. Once booked, our team arrives on time, performs a walkthrough, and pre-treats any problem areas before deep cleaning your carpets or hardwood floors using professional equipment and safe products. After the service, we do a final walkthrough to make sure you’re completely satisfied with the results. Our goal is to leave your home or business looking fresh, clean, and renewed with reliable service and attention to detail every time.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional IICRC training and certifications, along with over 15 years of hands-on experience in the cleaning and restoration industry. My background includes carpet cleaning and restoration, hardwood and floor restoration, duct cleaning, water damage restoration, residential cleaning, and commercial cleaning services. Throughout my career, I’ve worked with a wide variety of flooring materials, cleaning systems, and restoration techniques, allowing me to safely and effectively handle everything from routine maintenance to deep restoration projects. I stay committed to using professional-grade equipment, industry-approved methods, and high-quality products to deliver the best results possible for every customer.
