The attention to detail was superb. Honestly, this is my first time booking a service via thumbtack. And I must say that I was skeptical at first with not knowing how it would go. Not only did Jerome and his team clean my carpet, but they paid so much attention to details. His team offered suggestions on what I could do to maintain my carpet. You can't find that many people who would give after-care/maintenance tips. it's one thing to offer a service, it's another to have a personal touch to service.
