I am so glad I found the Guitar Care Company.I had problems with the neck on my used Fender Reggie Hamilton Jazz bass. I thought I may have to replace the neck. Kenn is a a great luthier. He did not give up and found a solution to allow me to preserve the original neck. He also dressed the frets, replaced the strings, and set the intonation. The work was done quickly, at a reasonable price, and he kept me informed about the progress.I highly recommend the Guitar Care Company, and I would utilize the service again in the future.

Just got my acoustic back from Ken and he did a great job with it! He cleaned it up and restrung it. It sounds so much better. I own four guitars and will definitely be using him again!

Ken is a complete professional. Knows what he doing and makes you comfortable throughout the process. Just got my 1990s Ibanez 550 custom tune up and all I can say is WOW. Sounds like the day I first picked her up. Highly recommend his work!

Ken is both a real gentleman and an outstanding technician. He was able to quickly fix a problem I was having with a Telecaster. If you have any issues with guitars, amps, sound systems, etc., Ken will almost certainly be able to make everything right.
