I hired Mr Wylie to assess damage to a washer after a renter moved out. The assessment was for insurance purposes. Mr Wylie performed a full assessment and provided me with his professional opinion, as well as the pros and cons of replacement over repair. I am eternally thankful for his input and I am added him as my new trusted advisor for appliances. It is good to have someone to trust when renting properties out of state.

Dean from Wylie came out next day to diagnose our dishwasher drain pump as bad and order a new one. He returned the next business day to repair our dishwasher. The price overall was $250.
