Mr. Wiley responded in a very prompt manner. We exchanged information about the symptoms of my malfunctioning washing machine via text. I was impressed that he asked for the serial number to the machine before he even came. Therefore, he came with the anticipated parts and was able to fix my machine in one visit on the spot. He is very professional, extremely experienced and reasonably priced. We have now asked him to repair an ice machine in our fridge.
