Introduction
Hey my name is Seth Caron I am a Relson Gracie Jiu Jitsu black belt and Master Certified Personal Trainer with over 15years experience. I have been training since 2004 and have taught everyone from families to law enforcement and even military while deployed. I am an 8 year USAF veteran.
I believe in teach fundamentals of fitness and jiu jitsu with a very practical approach.
I want clients to get stronger and move better to increase their quality of life.

I have been training Jiu-jitsu for 2 years. I had never trained anything like this in the past. Seth is an amazing professor. He is able to teach the art of Jiu-jitsu so it is understandable. He is able to break down the moves and explain the methodology behind it, why, when and how to do it. He explains the science of the art. Because of his extensive knowledge and experience of Jiu-jitsu, there has never been a question he was not able to answer. I have taken numerous private lessons from him, those privates have given me more confidence and understanding of what is being taught in class. I have some physical disabilities due to an accident and Seth shows me different ways to complete moves so they work around my limitations. He is extremely professional and takes 100% pride in his work and his students. I highly recommend learning Jiu-jitsu from him.
