I had to pick up furniture from a store quickly and I was able to set something up with them in less then an hour. They were very helpful because I had no way of getting this furniture from the store that was going out of business so they did not provide delivery. Definitely would use them again. 😃

My wife and I were moving homes and the timeline for needing a mover was expedited based on buyer request. Since using moving services from Thumbtack in the past, we decided to explore the opportunity to hire pros again. Gogo and Johnson were quick to respond and offered a great value. They were also very communicative and responsive throughout our sharing of details around our need. So, we decided to go with them. On the day of the move, the three movers showed up on time, with all necessary tools, and were friendly and courteous. I initially assumed I had requested furniture break-down services as an add-on, but it turns out I forgot to select the need. No problem! The team was very flexible and adapted to the need. They were efficient and effective at moving everything from our old to new home, packing their moving truck to maximize every inch of the space allowed (huge help since we were able to just make the trip in 1 total move) and were always eager to jump in and help wherever needed. Gogo and his team were easy and great to work with, and I would recommend them to others. For their reliability, efficiency, value, and support, they were a welcome partner.

Very professional and accommodating considering the elevator was not operable. They had to go up 3 flights of stairs (approximately 60 steps) with heavy furniture. It was hot and they pushed through and I am so thankful they moved everything in the time frame that I requested.

WOW!!! I run a specialized service company, and when I needed additional help moving a "lift chair" for a repeat client. Tommy and his team were there. I was going to rearrange furniture in the client's room, but had to leave the room to handle another. Tommy jumped in and moved the furniture so the chair would fit into the room. I occasionally require additional help and for now on, I will contact Tommy and his team. Many thanks!!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Getting the information of where the job is located, knowing what items are being moved or thrown away, the date and the time of the move, if anything needs to be assembled or disassembled, and knowing the dimensions of large objects. 2. Once we gather that information, we are able to give the customer an estimate. 3. If the customer wants to move forward with the move, we ask for address we will be arriving at and the customers email so we can send out a contract to them. 4. Once the move is over, the customer is able to send the payment.
