- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Often we can price jobs from chatting with a customer and/or looking at customer photos, but sometimes we need to schedule an inspection in order to provide a quote. In most cases, we would recommend an ongoing pest service covering the home for a variety of pests including mice, rats, ants, cockroaches, crickets, wasps and spiders. Most of our general pest control initial services are $295 for the initial service then $49/mo for ongoing quarterly pest services. There is a $75 discount if you sign up for a 12 month agreement and enroll in autopay. Prices can vary depending on the issue and size of the home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally we will ask for an address and email address so we can send a quote or schedule an inspection or service. We will also ask the customer to provide more details about the pest problem and if the home is a townhome or a detached single family home. Please do tell us if there are children, pets, or other concerns It is very helpful especially in cases of termites, hornets, or wasps, for the customer to provide photos of the pest and affected areas if possible. If services are requested by a renter, they must have their landlord/property manager contact us allowing us permission to inspect/treat the property before scheduling any services. We do not offer wildlife services at this time (birds, squirrels, raccoons, etc). If you sign up for ongoing services with us, you will be emailed and/or texted about any upcoming appointments. If you need to reschedule or let us know about any issues, just respond to the notifications with any requests or concerns.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certified and licensed by the Maryland Department of Agriculture. All technicians are QualityPro and GreenPro certified by the National Pest Management Association.
