From start to finish we had a wonderful experience for an anniversary photoshoot. Erick was extremely accommodating and patient with our demands and variable schedule due to the Cherry Blossoms. Everything about the actual shoot made for a great day. We were able to shoot in a variety of locations and his creativity helped capture all the moments we wanted. I can’t begin to recommend Ricke Herbert Photography enough and will absolutely use his services again if we’re back in the DC area.

Ricke was fantastic! He responded to my ad almost immediately. He kept up communication up to, through, and after the shoot. He was there, prepared, and friendly. The shots were great. He edited them very well. He completed everything quickly. People who have seen the pictures comment that they look like the photos that come in the frames because the quality is incredible. He was really excellent handling our baby in a way that made her and us comfortable and got really good photos. He had a ton of props and ideas for pictures but also encouraged us to think of what photos/ props we may want. He not only took pictures of our baby, but also got great shots of our family together. It was so convenient to have him come set up in our home .

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer several packages, we work with people on a Budget delivering outstanding quality in our photography.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After they contact me, we can set up an interview where I can respond to any questions they have and also I have a questionnaire for them so I can have an idea what can of Photography they want and after that we go ahead and set everything for them(paperwork) and after the deposit is made I schedule it in my calendar. If necessary I’ll have another meeting with them before the wedding if there’s not engagement session or if there’s anything they would like to discuss before the event.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m almost done with my A.S. In photography and study and taking several workshops under the mentorship of world renowned Wedding Photographer Scott Robert Lim. Also taking several workshops from another of the best Wedding Photographers Roberto Valenzuela.
