David knows mixology, and takes the time to care about the right proportions. Every time David has bartended for me, he takes the time to care about new discoveries, he’s always bringing in a new drink he’s found or reverse engineered after tasting it at a new place or on a vacation. David is helpful and enthusiastic, and not afraid to be a leader when you need him to, not afraid to be working and not afraid to be self aware that others need drinks or assistance.
