- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every customer should know be aware that when we give out quotes, many times this is NOT a final quote, your quote may go up or even down depending on the project. We apply fees for extra spaces that required cleaning which were not listed before. Some common spaces are basement, attics, offices, dens, and even patios or porches. We apply discounts to customers who hire us for Reocurring services. Our most popular and affordable plan is our monthly plan, which you get receive a discount up to 10% but our most convenient and more efficient plans, which are weekly and bi-weekly plans, you can receive up to 25% off. These discounts vary of course with every home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When we work with a new customer, we first like to thank them for picking us over some great companies out there, it is a huge compliment for us. We then describe and list our both methods of cleaning; standard and deep cleaning. For new customers, we often require they hire us for Deep Cleaning first specially if they intend to get Reocurring services with us in the future. With a deep clean we make sure all areas of their home are completely cleaned, a few examples are fans, windows, doors, floors, furniture, baseboards, oven and fridge (inside and out) and many other areas that are commonly missed when performing a standard home cleaning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Most of our training comes directly from experience in working in this field for many years. We take the time to make sure to properly train new employees for a total of 2 weeks before leaving them working in their own. In our company, we have very high standards when it comes to cleaning homes, so it’s only appropriate we offer all the knowledge and training tools for all our employees to succeed in our line of work.
