- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon receiving the service inquiry, our plumbing will provide a preliminary assessment to the customer based on customer description. We can provide an estimate range that is subject to change once the in-person assessment is done. We believe in complete transparency with customer and aim to ensure each service is managed appropriately and customer is satisfied.
