Joaquin was my technician. There was a language barrier that he handled with ease. He used his phone to translate Spanish to English and I used mine to translate English to Spanish. We had no real verbal problem with the little stuff but there were some technical issues concerning electrical and gas line connections that he explained using the phones and he made sure I understood what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem with two fireplaces, had to repair a gas fitting and replace a junction box and a switch. He cleaned up everything and his prices were competitive with all the other companies BUT he was there one day after my initial call. The other companies couldn’t come out for more than a month. I will call these guys again in a heartbeat.

Arrived a little earlier than agreed upon time. Difficulty speaking English. Did not clean up afterwards - debris left on deck and front porch. Overall, Gutters were thoroughly cleaned.
