I have over 20 years experience in the food service industry. I’ve owned my own company since 2020 and have been blessed to survive the pandemic, I love providing excellent customer service and watching my guests enjoy their events hassle free!! I hired Ms. Markos to make a Mother’s Day dinner for my wife. Let me preface this review by saying that I have never hired a personal chef or even a caterer for anything. I’m just a husband trying to do right by my wife. Samantha prepared most of the food in advance and cooked the rest on site. There were 7 different dishes and every single one of them was tasty. There were 6 of us consisting of 3 kids and three adults. Even my senior black mother in law enjoyed the meal and that is saying something. Samantha was professional and punctual. Everyone was happy and had a good time. I’m giving her 5 stars and my only mild detractors were some of the food could have been heated up a bit and overall it was a bit pricey but I will do business with her again.

Samantha was a dream to work with for our event! She listened carefully to what I wanted, and it was perfect! The space was crowded and small, but she made it work. I would absolutely hire Samantha again, and I would recommend her in the future!👍👍

Samantha both prepared and delivered some dinners for me and my husband, and catered a small party for us. Appreciated her creativity, inventiveness, and tasty food - really tried to work with us to create meals/party appetizers that would work. The chocolate covered fruit, and multiple types of pigs-in-blankets (vegan, turkey, different dipping sauces etc) was a big hit!
