Chef Samantha prepared an awesome dinner for my wife's 60th birthday party. From the starter to the dessert it was fantastic. Her sea bass melted in our moths!!!!

I hired Ms. Markos to make a Mother’s Day dinner for my wife. Let me preface this review by saying that I have never hired a personal chef or even a caterer for anything. I’m just a husband trying to do right by my wife. Samantha prepared most of the food in advance and cooked the rest on site. There were 7 different dishes and every single one of them was tasty. There were 6 of us consisting of 3 kids and three adults. Even my senior black mother in law enjoyed the meal and that is saying something. Samantha was professional and punctual. Everyone was happy and had a good time. I’m giving her 5 stars and my only mild detractors were some of the food could have been heated up a bit and overall it was a bit pricey but I will do business with her again.
