He canceled 20 minutes before our original appointment. Was late to our rescheduled appointment. Bent some metal taking apart my dryer. He promised me he would leave everything clean and I asked for a particular part to be cleaned in the washer machine where you pour in the soap. He put in an affirm soap and put the washer machine into self clean mode and said that would take care of it. He said he only suggests a washer door gasket to be replaced if there are black stains that can’t be scrubbed. At that moment I knew he didn’t even look inside because I definitely have black stains that can’t be scrubbed and I told him that but he kept saying I’m good and the affirm self wash will take care of it. I even asked if he got the soap slot part cleaned out as I asked and he said yes but he surely did not. I never even saw any brushes or proper tools to do a real cleaning. Mind you my washer machine was still on so I could not check these things until it was off and he was gone. Nice scam. I started to question if he even drained the washer machine at all smh I really hate to say this part because I normally try not to hold body odor again someone but he had my entire house smelling like armpit sweat and cigarettes. I would never book him again and highly don’t recommend him to anyone else. I really trusted when he said he would clean everything. What a mistake.

I scheduled an appointment almost a week in advance for a 4p service call and at 4p no one showed up so I messaged asking if they were still coming. Received a response that yes, they would be here “around 5p”. I replied asking for a heads up this time since no one bothered to say they would be here at 4p. I received a response that they have to cancel because they are 2 hours away, they didn’t know it was this far, thumbtack never scheduled far away like they did and my address was “hidden”. This is bad customer service. How can you have a scheduled appointment and if the address is “hidden” not follow up with the customer to get the address so you have an accurate time that you will arrive? Why wait until the day of, past the time of appointment to figure things out. Had I received a call earlier today that the address was hidden or too far, there would be no review but this is terrible. Now I have to find someone else to balance my washer….

I contacted this company that came out the same day to assess the problem with my washer. I received a diagnosis saying there was an issue with the pump but never got a call back to share what the cost would be and date for repair. I ended up having to find another company and pay another service charge. I would like a refund please.
