My basement was flooded due to a sump pump failure, while my family and I were away on vacation. While we frantically searched for help, we came across Restoration 1. They were the only one who could come out immediately to deal with the flooded basement.I was able to speak to Anthony, the owner, and he was able to walk me through the entire process, and answered every question I had. He was very responsive on subsequent phones and texts for follow up questions.Whenever someone is coming out to my house for evaluation or repositioning of fans/dehumidifiers, they always call and text to let me know of their ETA. The communication at all levels of the company is just top notch.They are local to me and I am very appreciative of their response, service, professionalism, and speed. I was and am still worried about potential mold issues, but thanks to Restoration 1, the likelihood of mold is exponentially less.I endorse them 100%.

Each time there was a hiccup, they calmly requested our patience as they worked to try to rebuild what they described as our beautiful home. We would highly recommend this company. I had a basement flood which was caused by a pressure blown feed to the toilet above, flooding the bathroom and part of the mast er bedroom. They were out within two hours of being called on a Sunday. While the repair work was excessive and took several months, the quality of work and material was beyond what I expected. They also worked with the insurance company to obtain the coverage/reinbursement of the work. I couldn't have been more satisfied with Restoration 1

Restoration 1 of Central MD took care of our basement when the water heater ruptured. Angie was easy to work with and schedule her team to come out. Daryl and Donnie were always on time with their crew and did a fantastic job cleaning up.
