- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. When reaching out to a new customer we suggest conducting a preliminary phone consultation to better understand the issue and establish what could have caused it. 2. Then we suggest requesting an on-site appointment or to bring broken/malfunctioning device to our shop. 3. We do our magic. 4. Customer collects her/his gadget and submits payment. 5. Customer is entitled with a 30-days warranty for the service provided.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All our technicians are required to have relevant education with a minimum requirement of Bachelor Degree in Network and Database/Computer Science. Our team has 27 years of combined experience working as tech pros providing services at the office and at customers' locations.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
There is no too small or too large job for us. We provide service to individuals and businesses, serving Maryland community for the past 9 years.
