I had two companies come out to diagnose my leaky Trane HVAC system. While the technician from the first company suggested that I replace my entire unit, Jordan from Carroll Mechanical was more knowledgeable and able to accurately diagnose and fix the leak promptly. I’m happy and will be contacting Carroll Mechanical for any future HVAC issues.

Very happy with all of our experiences with Carroll Mechanical. We had an issue with our air conditioning recently and they had amazing customer service. Very fast response, professional, helpful and caring. Ron came out and checked everything for us and could not have been more of a gentleman. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Definitely recommend.

Called Kristian at 11pm, and Chris came the next day at 11am. He immediately diagnosed and fixed the problem with our Thermostat within 30 minutes. Thermostat was sending the wrong voltage to the outside unit, causing hot air to blow in despite the A/C being turned on. Excellent service, will use again!

Kristian and his team are amazing. Our heat pump went out during peak repair season, and Kristian came out to diagnose the problem and had the parts ordered and replacement scheduled the next day. Having a newborn in the house, it was refreshing to see someone who truly cares about others go above and beyond for his customers. We had a minor issue with the new thermostat, and Kristian came out within 6 hours and had a new one in place. I truly cannot say enough good things about him and his business.
