We had a very positive experience with this company. After realizing that our whole HVAC system needed to be replaced unexpectedly, we got three quotes with similar system specs. Two, including theirs, were pretty close in price range. The initial estimator suggested a solution for a particular problem we were having that others had not mentioned which we really appreciated and also volunteered to service a non-working furnace humidifier. We were impressed by the full service, excellent communications, and respectful and competent team members that did the work. Highly recommended!

I had two companies come out to diagnose my leaky Trane HVAC system. While the technician from the first company suggested that I replace my entire unit, Jordan from Carroll Mechanical was more knowledgeable and able to accurately diagnose and fix the leak promptly. I’m happy and will be contacting Carroll Mechanical for any future HVAC issues.

Initially called Chris and told him system was not seeming to be as cooling as it could be and he said he could have someone over the same day! I was not expecting that at all! Technician came over exactly when he was expected per Chris! He checked and inspected the system and said while it wasnt the most efficient system available, it was running fine and we were doing a good job keeping it running properly. No one trying to sell me anything or charge crazy fees! I will be calling on them again with great pleasure and appreciate the swift and kind response!
