- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our organizing services start at $429 for a half-day (4 hours) session ( this is usually for small areas like under sinks and drawers) and $715 for a full-day (8 hours) session ( needed for larger areas such as rooms, basements, and closets). This price includes time spent decluttering & organizing, creating your custom organization systems tailored to your lifestyle, donation drop-off and product sourcing, purchasing, and returns. Not every project requires new organizing product, but if your project needs it, you'll be charged for any product you use and keep.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
**Our Process:** 1. **Free In-Home Consultation:** We'll schedule a complimentary consultation where we can meet you and assess the space we’ll be organizing. During this visit, we'll take measurements and discuss any products that may be necessary to create the most accurate estimate. 2. **Estimate Approval:** After the consultation, we will send you the estimate for your review. Once you approve it, we’ll set a start date for the project. 3. **Project Day:** On the designated project day, we will declutter and organize your space in a single session. You will make the final decisions on donations, and we will provide you with simple upkeep strategies. After the project, I will take care of donation drop-offs and product returns, invoice you for labor and any items used, and you’ll be left with a beautifully organized space. Please note that we are not a maid service, interior designer, or contractor. Our focus is on helping you make the best use of your space so that it functions well for your lifestyle. If you require deep cleaning, interior design, or contracting services, we recommend seeking those services separately.
