I've been the PC repair field for over 10 years both as a hobby and professionally. In my spare time I read and configure gaming servers. I've recently moved back east coast after years or designing and managing I.T., A.V. and navigation systems for largest fleet of cruise ships on the west coast. Kenneth came to my home to and was able to fix our internet issues when our son was gaming. He determined our router wasn't configured properly and found it was behind on software updates. Our wifi is faster now! I would hire him again in the future.
