Chad was flexible when my schedule changed and came when i was available. He was clearly knowledgeable about my appliance (a bosch dishwasher) and gave me clear choices with dollar amounts attached once he had diagnosed the problem. He fixed it for significantly less than the other quote i had received. He was pleasant, communicative, and cleaned up the area after the repair. I highly recommend SK Appliances and will call them again for any appliance repair needs.

My oven broke down right before my home inspection it was making a clicking sound .I called Sears but they wanted to schedule an appointment for week later .I got the Us appliance repair number from a friend .I called them and the person who answered the phone was very knowledgeable ,nice and helpful.He took his time to direct me locate the model number.the technician came the same day with the part ,Fixed the problem in a short time . They called 30 minutes before,they showed up on time and fixed the problem. Excellent service from start to finish ! they showed up on time,
