Josh Ruby is a technically savvy individual who quickly assessed the problem with my laptop. The laptop was functioning very slow, getting hung up and the speakers and microphone quit working. He picked up the laptop , repaired it and returned it to me in less than 48 hours. He was very friendly and explained that there was a virus on the laptop which caused the issues. He also described the actions he took and answered my questions in easy to understand terms. I will continue to reach out to Josh for any future computer issues.

I had a good experience with Computer Rescue MD. Josh came over the same day and after looking at my system he took it away to be able to test what was going on with it. He brought it back, repaired, a few days later. Prices and options were clearly explained. Only minor issue was the timing to report back. He estimated the next evening, but it turned out to be a few days later before I heard. Overall I’m very happy with the service and will use them again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with listening to the problem as described by the customer. Then we preform a free diagnostic to determine the root cause of the problem. This allows us to give the best repair and solution to someone.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone to technical training school with over 15 years of experience working from Best Buy's Geek squad, private companies, and large health care facilities.
