Zoom Drain team were responsive, flexible, professional, and experts in solving clog. Owen was very good about giving me two price quotes on-site, and their prices are very reasonable. He also gave me a suggestion on where I can buy a toilet auger. So grateful. I would also like to give a shout-out to Paul, who very graciously kept me in the loop on Owen's schedule and expected arrival time before he actually came out. Zoom drain was more clear and concise. The drain guys came out and I felt rush his camera system had no memory on it so he could not show us the problem but zoom drain you were sent a recording of what the camera said

We give free estimates and we won’t perform any work without your authorization.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will typically have a customer show us the area of concern, we will then check out the other drains in the vicinity to determine the appropriate solutions. We then show the pricing out of a menu price book before we start work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As 5th generation plumbers, we specialize in all types of drains and have our own in-house drain cleaning training center for our technicians where we hold weekly sessions and mandatory safety training.
