From start to finish, we were so impressed with the quality of service and work completed. I was contacted almost immediately after inquiring about the repairs I needed. A team member promptly came to my home to give me an estimate which was reasonable and fair. The handyman showed up exactly when promised and the job was completed within the time frame provided by TruBlue. The handyman was professional, courteous and did excellent work. All around, it was a great experience!

I contacted TruBlue as I needed a barn door installed in my home in which a previous company installed poorly. I was contacted quickly and provided a prompt estimate after the company came to my home. It’s sad to say but getting someone to call you back timely and show up at your home when they say they will is hard to come by in this area. The barn door was installed perfectly and I will be using this company going forward. You can tell that customer service and satisfaction is a priority for this company!

Thank you for your review. We pride ourselves on being very responsive and considerate of cost relating to the job inquiries we receive. We responded immediately to your inquiry outside of our normal business hours for the window repair and offered to come and provide an estimate that Monday. You had let us know in a follow-up message that you had scheduled someone else to do the repair. You then contacted us again two business days later and requested that we come out and give you an estimate. Our handyman came that same day and we provided you an estimate within hours. We understand that you received a lower estimate from another company that we were unable to match, and we communicated that to you. I'm sorry that you feel as though our estimate was overpriced. We work very hard to provide a fair and competitive rate to all of our customers.
