- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I use both hourly and flat fee pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I have a free initial telephone consultation so the client can explain his/her issue and for the client to obtain a comfort level with me. Then, if the client wishes to move forward, I send a retainer letter to initiate representation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a law degree, masters in tax law, and many continuing legal education courses.
