James, the sales rep, as others have said was quick to respond. After his onsite visit to see rotting wood /deterioration on rear of house explained what E&E Contracting LLC would do to fix the issue. (Especially liked the computer generated pictures that illustrated identifying areas to be repaired) Company Owner /Work crew prompt and efficient. Price reasonable.
