- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I standardly offer my first-time clients through Thumbtack a discounted rate for their first session(s). I also offer a 10% bundle discount on session purchases of 3 or more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever I work with a new client, I typically like to check in with them briefly by phone so that we're able to get an idea of and feel for each other prior to setting the appointment. It's my belief that it's a great idea when entering into a client/healer relationship of this type, it's a good idea to confirm that it's a good energetic match beforehand. Once that's established I usually discuss with new clients what they can likely expect from working with me and what a typically session looks like.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received training at various institutions, including Inner Visions Institute for Spiritual Development where I completed three years of instruction mastering the discipline of spiritual life coaching and group facilitation. I continued studies in coaching and group facilitation while working with Ascend Spiritual Flight Academy in their Train the Trainer Program. As well, I received certification as a trainer in Positive Behavior Facilitation (PBF) through ROCKET, Inc. In addition, I enrolled in the Ascend Academy for Advanced Wisdom, completing coursework to become a Minister of Spiritual Science. Areas of coursework and study have included Group Facilitation and Dynamics, Metaphysics, Life Coaching, Leadership Practices and Team Building, Meditation Practices and Principles, Prayer Practices and Principles, Conscious Breathwork, Energywork and Public Speaking. I have also received Reiki I certification.
