John was able to explain to me exactly what was needed and the work was done very timely and professionally. It appears my radon level near to 0. It was reading near 10 before the project. I would highly recommend this company to anyone. I do very much appreciate John and the company for what they have done to take care of my radon in the basement!!!

In the 12 days since our system was installed, the 7-day average radon level in our basement has dropped from around 3.0 to 0.27. Basement even smells fresher. This company did an outstanding job from start to finish. Communication was great, they didn’t overpromise, finished the job in just a couple of hours, did beautiful work, and everyone was so nice. And all at a very reasonable price. Can’t say enough good things about the entire experience.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most estimates are done by phone, as most houses are simple scenarios. So first step is a few minutes on the phone to get the details about the house. In complicated scenarios we do a video call. The final step is a formal written proposal send via email, for client's consideration. Client can then book the installation directly with us at their convenience.
