Standard rates for different event durations (hourly packages). Digital-Only Package: $175 Print + Digital Package: $200–$350 (based on the number of guests) School Discount: 10% off for school events Additional fees- for extra services like custom backdrops, props. Travel fees (over 40 miles) for events outside of Silver Spring, MD.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Inquiry & Consultation – Customers reach out to discuss event details, pricing, and package options. Schools get a 10% discount. 2. Booking & Payment – A retainer or full payment secures the date. A confirmation is sent. 3. Event Setup & Service– We arrive early, set up, and ensure smooth operation. 4. Photo Delivery – Digital photos are sent after the event; printed photos are provided on-site. 5. Follow-Up– You check in for feedback and offer future booking incentives.
