Hello! My name is Fernanda and I’m an International Professional Makeup Artist and hair stylist, with over 15 years of experience. I have always been passionate about the beauty industry and I’m extremely lucky to do what I love everyday! I’m specialized in makeup for every occasion, wedding makeup, makeup for photography, events, and also special FX. From soft glam, natural look, to full glam, I can do everything. I have experience working on all skin tones, all skin types & textures and I have clients from all age groups. I’m mobile, so I will bring my studio to you! I also offer hair styling services, private makeup lessons, headshot/ portrait photography and masterclasses ( unfortunately I’m not able to offer haircuts, wig installation, dye or trim, or permanent extensions ) My main goal is to provide you with the most unique experience that will make your inner beauty shine on the outside, giving you confidence and boosting your self esteem!! Fernanda is so talented and fun! We had such a nice time chatting with her as she made my niece, sister-in-law, mother-in-law,, and my hair look fantastic. My niece loved her hair so much, she slept in a bonnet to preserve it for the next day.

Fernanda is DEFINITELY a gem !!!!! From the first message we exchanged, to the day of my appointment, I knew she was just incredibly sweet and professional !!!! I had an issue with my photographer and we had to reschedule my photoshoot last minute, and Fernanda was so understanding, flexible, and accommodating! Her work went beyond my expectations. She took the time to really understand what I wanted, and then exceeded it ! I'm amazed at how she was able to take my vision and make it a reality. I was very anxious because I had a bad experience with another makeup artist before, but Fernanda made me feel very comfortable because she truly knows her craft. Her attention to detail is meticulous! I'm so glad I chose her to do both my hair and makeup for my photoshoot and I have already asked her to do my wedding makeup and hair!

My husband surprised me with saying his Ball was a day earlier than I had planned. My original person doing my makeup was out of town and I had to find someone fast. Fernanda responded quickly and fortunately had availability to do my makeup! She was professional and super sweet. She came to my house making everything so much easier for me. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually take my time to get to know my clients before the appointment, and it is really important to listen to their concerns and their needs, so they are happy with their final look.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Makeup has always been a passion for me, but never in a million years I thought I was going to be doing this professionally one day. I have always been the “go to” person for all my friends whenever they wanted to get their makeup done, but I was always so busy and stressed with my job, that I could barely see how much joy that passion was bringing to my life ( whenever I had time to do it) .So one day, a friend of mine asked me “why don’t you start your own makeup business since you love it so much and you’re pretty good at it?” I was going crazy at work and so stressed out that I decided to quit my job setup my little studio, and started taking makeup clients. It was the best decision I’ve made and I couldn’t feel more proud of it.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research, chat with different artists and go with the one you feel mostly comfortable with! At the end of the day, the client wants to have a great experience from start to finish, so make sure you communicate your expectations to the service provider, and go with the one who listens to your needs and your concerns! :)
