BEWARE!! Clovis uses fake reviews, check the names..... I hired Clovis for my move this month, and the experience was beyond disappointing. From my new TV being broken from improper handling to scratched floors, and multiple asks for more money amidst the job, be sure to steer clear of these movers!!! After contacting Clovis and asking to be compensated for the television, he asked for photos and proceeded to ignore me. I have yet to hear from him regarding my TV. From the beginning, I was clear about the number of boxes and other information pertaining to my move. On arrival, Clovis denied knowing the move included stairs and asked for 100 more dollars before even lifting one box. I needed to be out of my apartment, so I was left with no option but to agree. Sadly this was the beginning of a very bad day. During the unload, boxes were thrown, labels disregarded and broken boxes were left in the middle of the ground with the contents scattered. Next, Clovis couldn't get my couch into the door. Instead of figuring it out, he pulled us to the side to ask for more money again to move the couch. He claimed that anyone else would've left our $2,000 couch on the sidewalk. Ultimately he got it in, but not without asking for more money several times. Including when he and his co-worker discovered me building my own bed frame and offered to build it if I paid him more. When I declined, he called me "unwomanly". All in all, I would have never chosen these movers if I had known that I would receive such horrific service. This experience was uncomfortable and beyond disappointing. Save yourself the grief
