Most of that time we had been working for companies, but we decided to start our own family business. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have reasonable prices for every projects and we also have discounts with paint stores. We always work with the consumers to get to an agreement and move forward to get the project done.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask questions about the project and about what they want to do. For me the key is talking, so we can understand each other and move forward to get the project done as the consumer want.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I think In this profession you don’t really need to have any education, but you really need to know what you are doing and how you doing it. I was trained by other professional painters and after the years, I acquire experience I had been working in this trade for more than 7 years.
