- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interior design & build meeting is an immersive experience where we introduce ourselves and get to know you. We discuss your vision and get a better understanding of the needs of your project. We will explore your space, discuss design + build concepts, and get to know your budget and timeline. Once this is all discovered we will explain the next steps and follow up with you to ensure all of your questions are answered and create a plan to design + build for you. Basically, our process is: Welcome and Introduction Understanding Your Vision Exploring the Space Discussing Design Concepts Budget and Timeline Next Steps Closing and Follow-Up
