Working with Ms. Lakeisha ( we called her Keisha, haha) was an absolute dream. Her team was always punctual and communicative. We desired a renewed basement and could not have imagined how well this all would’ve turned out. We had an unfinished scary basement and decided its best to repurpose the space, Lakeisha and her dream team had so many bright ideas for the use of this space, that I truly didn’t know could happen, she added enough space for my husbands office, for my at home gym and a kitchenette. She even created a play area for my kids and a reading nook. We promise to upload professional photos for the holidays but for now you will see she did an amazing job. I am proud of my basement and happy to work with SIDC in the future. If you have a project please choose this company you will not regret it and you too can be as happy as I am. We have no complaints at all.

This company was magnificent. The designer, was punctual, and professional. She had great design ideas, and helped us bring our kitchen and basement to life, our family room looks cozy and her construction team was so efficient. We enjoyed working with her and she was so dedicated to the project, we can't thank her enough.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our interior design & build meeting is an immersive experience where we introduce ourselves and get to know you. We discuss your vision and get a better understanding of the needs of your project. We will explore your space, discuss design + build concepts, and get to know your budget and timeline. Once this is all discovered we will explain the next steps and follow up with you to ensure all of your questions are answered and create a plan to design + build for you.
