My junk removal experience with The Red Maids Cleaning Services was good. We had an issue figuring out payment options. Additionally, the loaders arrived 2 hours and 30 minutes later than originally scheduled. When they arrived, the items were removed quickly which made me smile. Suggestions for improvement: List your accepted forms of payment. Improve on scheduling - I had a flexible schedule on the day of pickup, but other folks may not be as flexible which could result in loss of business.

We’ve used The Red Maids twice, and both times they have done a wonderful job! Our house always feels fresh as new after they clean it. They also go the extra mile by organizing clutter, washing dishes, and doing laundry. We will continue to use The Red Maids.
