My junk removal experience with The Red Maids Cleaning Services was good. We had an issue figuring out payment options. Additionally, the loaders arrived 2 hours and 30 minutes later than originally scheduled. When they arrived, the items were removed quickly which made me smile. Suggestions for improvement: List your accepted forms of payment. Improve on scheduling - I had a flexible schedule on the day of pickup, but other folks may not be as flexible which could result in loss of business.
